今天早上刷到USCIS在Twitter上发的最新公告：
USCIS is committed to preventing abuse of the H-1B registration process, by undertaking extensive fraud investigations and referrals for criminal prosecution. Only those who follow the law are eligible to file an H-1B cap petition.
点进USCIS关于H1B的网页，发现新增了一段，大致意思是基于近两年抽签的证据，USCIS已经针对H1B Abuse展开了大规模的调查，并会Deny拒绝违规的H1B申请，甚至Revoke撤回违规的H1B授权！他们已经启动了相关的司法进程。
