Job Description: (Main Responsibilities):
1. Build dealers networks and customer relationship to achieve sales goals
2. Responsible for hiring, training and developing a professional sales team
3. Conduct and manage sales activities to meet sales objective
4. Establish and grow Sunon brand image in the office furniture market
5. Plan and execute business development strategy according to company policy
6. Collect and report on market, product and competitor information
Job Requirements:
1. 10 to 15 years working experience in sales or marketing of office furniture industry in US;
Familiar with office furniture market mode
2. 3 to 5 years of management experience;
Work with big brand or local office furniture manufacturer is preferred;
3. A good relationship with key dealers locally;
4. Excellent team building skills and interpersonal skills;
5. Fluent English skills; Excellent written and verbal skills, including negotiation and presentation skills;
6. Bachelor’s degree, business, marketing or communications major preferred;
7. Honest, passionate in work, target oriented.
