基本工作职责
· 管理和跟踪项目销售和库存状态,有效地分析业务结果,并采取必要的行动来驱动关键绩效指标(kpi)
· 就新产品和促销活动向客户提供建议,以推动整体销售
· 制定有效的销售策略,管理销售数量
· 与部门主管协调计划并执行全店促销活动
· 拜访H-Mart门店,对产品进行审核丶检查,并解决任何与质量控制相关的问题
· 选择每周的促销项目,并把它们放在广告传单上
· 与内部和外部客户进行有效沟通

· 具备分析问题丶陈述事实丶提出建议和实施解决方案的能力
· 积极主动,结果导向的工作能力
· 具有良好的口头和书面沟通能力,能够有效地与客户和组织内所有级别的员工进行沟通,并以有控制和礼貌的方式处理客户投诉
· 能够灵活安排时间,可以在繁忙时间工作,如晚上,周末和假期
· 熟练使用微软Excel和其他办公软件
· 掌握韩语丶汉语或越南语的双语技能
· 有效的驾驶执照

Your Role as a CRM Representative
• Manage and track item sales and inventory status to effectively analyze business results and take necessary action to drive key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Advise customers on newly available items and promotions to drive overall sales
• Develop an effective sales strategy and manage sales volume
• Coordinate with department heads to plan and execute store-wide promotions
• Visit H-Mart stores to review, inspect products and resolve any quality control related issues
• Select weekly promotional items and place them on advertising flyers
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers

• Proven ability to analyze problems, present facts, make recommendations and implement solutions
• Proactive and results-driven ability to work with minimal supervision
• Possess strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with customers and all levels of employees in the organization, as well as managing confrontational and escalated customer complaints in a controlled and courteous manner
• Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suites
• Bilingual Skills in Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese
• Valid driver‘s license
